Sheri Gruning began her professional journey as an Economic Analyst with Moody’s Analytics, she transitioned to investment management with T. Rowe Price, where she skillfully managed multi-million-dollar private and institutional portfolios. Subsequently, she dedicated over a decade to nonprofit management, overseeing grants for various vital causes including education, disaster relief, veteran support programs, and healthcare systems in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia (DMV) area. With a background spanning diverse industries, her expertise extends to enhancing productivity and output. Her dedication lies in empowering businesses to achieve efficiency, success, and sustainable growth.

While overseeing projects for small businesses, she identified a significant challenge: the blur between business and personal finances. Recognizing the confusion arising from this overlap, she pursued a certification as a Dave Ramsey Certified Financial Coach.
